May this find you well and your spirit filled with  vitality during this time! As you may know our main mission here at Guru Ram Das Ashram has been of service. As inspired by the tradition and lineage of the Sikh Gurus, our dream is to serve our communities in a way that provides comfort, security and nourishment. We at Guru Ram Das Ashram had the great privilege of serving  in this way for almost 50 years, whether that is through our yoga and meditation teachings and our non-profit organization Sikh Dharma of Massachusetts, Inc. of which Guru Nanak's Community Kitchen Langar program is a part. 

During the pandemic we provided groceries for those in need in the surrounding local communities in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. In just the first 2 years of operation, our Food Relief Program  provided enough natural groceries (organic and GMO free whenever possible) and fresh produce from our organically principled garden to provide over 40,000 meals to those in need.
